2009: Richmond-upon-Thames, Croft Centre

A competition entry involving the demolition of the existing dilapidated 1950’s building to provide a new build centre of excellence for children with disabilities with state of the art facilities and technology. The ground floor provides new fully accessible teaching areas (internal and external), central hall, sensory room, reception area, overnight flat, storage areas and landscaped sensory gardens. A modern, fully flexible office suite is located on the first floor. New staff parking has been created along with much improved access and circulation throughout.
